Employees, former employees, candidates, partners, suppliers and their employees, clients and members of the public, in Brazil and Mexico.

2. What you can report

• Corruption, bribery, fraud or money laundering
• Undisclosed conflicts of interest, or gifts and hospitality outside our rules
• Harassment (moral or sexual), discrimination, intimidation or retaliation
• Violations of labor rights or working conditions, including at our suppliers
• Information security incidents or misuse of personal data
• Environmental damage or breaches of our sustainability commitments
• Any other violation of law, contract or internal policy

3. How to report

• Online form: Submit a report to neoperformance.com/compliance-form. You may identify yourself or remain anonymous.

Please include as much detail as possible: what happened, when and where, who was involved, and any supporting evidence.

4. Our commitments

• Confidentiality: reports are accessed only by the people responsible for the investigation.
• Non-retaliation: NeoPerformance strictly prohibits any form of retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith or cooperates with an investigation.
• Fairness: every report is reviewed impartially. Anyone involved in the matter is excluded from the investigation.
• Timely response: we acknowledge receipt within 2 business days, when contact details are provided, and aim to conclude investigations within 30 days.
